A. First, open Outlook. 2. Click on "New Message" (or Ctrl+N as a keyboard shortcut). 3.Click on "Options" → "Show From" button
4. Select the address that you want to send from by pressing "From" button or type it in. Keep in mind that if you are on Exchange, you need to be added to the allowed list of senders. You can't just type in a random name - it will most likely bounce back.
